Relax in Ulm

The holiday home "Relax in Ulm" offers a large terrace, its own garden, which invites you to sunbathe and linger, and a bathroom with a bathtub and infrared cabin.

The private wellness area, underfloor heating and fireplace provide cozy comfort in every season.

The living and dining area on the ground floor of the holiday home is flooded with light, with an adjoining terrace and a clear view of nature. Whether sunbathing on the sun lounger, having a barbecue or reading and enjoying the "country cinema" with passing cyclists, tractors or trotting horses from time to time. Should there ever be a rainy day, the cozy seating area invites you to a romantic evening with the fireplace. Board games and books also provide entertainment.

The extensive equipment of the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Here you can prepare delicious holiday meals. The 75 l freezer provides additional convenience and storage space for a good bottle of red wine, for example. In addition to the filter coffee machine, there is also a Nespresso machine.

The relaxation area of ​​the holiday home is on the upper floor. Two bedrooms, each equipped with a high-quality box-spring double bed, offer four people space to sleep and dream. Both bedrooms can be darkened and have a flat screen TV.

There are two more beds on the comfortable sofa bed in the living area.

The living-dining area has electric external blinds and is therefore fully equipped with privacy screens and can be darkened. The whole house is equipped with insect protection.

Of course, a baby passenger can also arrive - a baby travel cot and high chair are available for them.

The fully equipped bathroom is on the first floor. An oasis of well-being awaits the guests here with a whirlpool and infrared cabin. A shower room is also available on the ground floor.

There are two parking spaces in front of the house.
